Nocturne uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unmodified. It applies to your use of the app in full:

Nocturne does not use a custom EULA — there is nothing about the app (no accounts, no user-generated content submitted through it, no subscriptions) that needs terms beyond Apple's standard agreement.
